Thank you for visiting our website! Since 1992, Document Essentials has been a leading supplier of copiers, faxes and laser printers within the Baltimore-Metropolitan area. Effective June 2006, Document Essentials has acquired the operations of Microframe Solutions, LLC, an IT solutions company, specializing in the sales and service of computer hardware as well as network cabling and implementation. We appreciate your patronage and look forward to continuing to serve your specific needs.
As founder and owner of Document Essentials, I am very excited about the future of office equipment. What will become commonplace within companies of all sizes will be one cost effective unit combining computer networking with the latest digital office technology, including copying, scanning, laser printing and faxing, not only in black & white, but full color printing.
Our company began as a small, one employee run business out of a Cockeysville, Maryland apartment. There was no existing customer base and many a day was spent making cold call after cold call. This hard work and dedication has indeed paid off as Document Essentials has successfully merged with and acquired four additional laser printing/copy companies since its inception.

Why is Document Essentials enjoying such sweet success? Each of our employees is a dedicated, hard working individual who consistently looks for new and innovative ways to propel our Company ahead of the competition. Our Field Technicians are trained and certified within their specialized fields to ensure they understand their products, as well as the needs of their customers.
Document Essentials will continue to forge ahead within the Office Equipment Industry by remaining competitive with both our products, as well as our product knowledge. In addition, our company will pursue opportunities to secure additional companies in an attempt to further expand, but at the same time, will ensure that our employees remain dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our end users.
In closing, my Mother has always said, “Show me your friends and I will tell you who you are”. I can honestly say I have made my Mother proud. All in all, Document Essentials is a company built on solid values, and continues to thrive with employees who believe in the “Golden Rule”.
